Yes, some people have reported modern living pterosaurs, the non-extinct variety, in the USA, in spite of generations of extinction teachings in American educational institutions. But strange as it may seem, most of the eyewitnesses appear to have no symptoms of anything that would require them to be put into a mental institution.
